1. Service Nature
Jobnax provides professional business infrastructure services including, but not limited to, company formation, legal compliance, branding, website development, digital marketing, and business operations management. Due to the professional and time-intensive nature of these services, our refund policy is structured accordingly.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Pre-Commencement: If you cancel your engagement before any work has commenced, a full refund less a 10% administrative fee may be issued within 14 business days.
- Partial Completion: If work has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of work not yet completed, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
- Service Failure: If Jobnax fails to deliver the agreed services within the agreed timelines without reasonable justification, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund as determined by mutual assessment.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Government fees, registration fees, and third-party filing costs
- Domain registration fees and hosting costs
- Services already fully delivered and accepted
- Rush processing fees
- Consultation fees for completed consultations
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please:
- Contact us at hello@jobnax.io within 30 days of the relevant billing date
- Provide your name, company name, engagement details, and reason for refund request
- Include any relevant documentation supporting your request
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.
5. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the matter for senior review by contacting our management team directly. We will endeavor to reach a mutually acceptable resolution before any formal dispute proceedings are initiated.
6. Modifications to This Policy
Jobnax reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Engagements already in progress will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of engagement commencement.
