Jobnax provides business infrastructure, company formation, branding, digital, and growth services as described on our website. The specific scope of services provided to any client shall be governed by a separate engagement agreement or statement of work executed between Jobnax and the client.

2. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Jobnax, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Work product created specifically for a client under an engagement agreement shall be owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete
• You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
